Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you create and use a DHAQSO DIR customer account.
1. Accurate information
You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your recipients. Your name and saved date of birth are identity information and can only be corrected by ADMIN after registration.
2. Identity verification and documents
DHAQSO DIR may require ID, a selfie, proof of income or other verification information. Approved documents are locked and cannot be replaced or deleted by the customer. ADMIN may request new documents when verification or legal requirements make this necessary.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your password, checking the recipient and payout method, and promptly reporting unauthorised use or errors.
4. Transfers
The amount, fee, exchange rate, recipient and payout method are shown before payment. A transfer may be held or rejected because of incomplete identity verification, incorrect information, security risks or legally required checks.
5. Testing and availability
Payments are not enabled until an approved payment provider is connected. Test payments are not real money transfers.
6. Account closure and retention
An account may be closed for misuse, incorrect information, or security and legal requirements. Transfer, identity and verification data may be retained when needed for documentation or legally required retention.
7. Privacy and contact
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy information. Contact support or ADMIN if any information needs correcting.
